I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the major attractions in the city. I even had a room with a beautiful sea view! The hotel facilities were excellent and the rooms were even better than what I had seen in the pictures. The staff were helpful and responsive to all of my requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The location of Laila Hotel was amazing, just a 5-minute walk to Sultanahmet and the main tram lines. We loved being so close to the main attractions. The room we were given upon arrival was huge and conveniently located on the ground floor, perfect after a long day of exploring. The staff, particularly Enes, was friendly to our requests. They even replaced our mattress, fridge, and telephone promptly. the cleanliness was great, with the cleaners accommodating our preferred cleaning schedule. We felt safe walking around the area at night, thanks to the presence of other hotels and tourists.
Initially, we had some issues with not being provided with enough pillows and had to sleep on towels.

Great location close to popular tourist attractions. Friendly staff, 24/7 reception. Clean and spacious room with beautiful views. Upgrade to a room with a balcony and sea view. Good shower with instant hot water and toiletries provided. Easy to find with MapsMe. Free upgrade and easy walk from tram stop.

For a reasonable price, you'll get basic amenities and a clean and comfortable room with a private bathroom on the 4th floor, some even offering a beautiful sea view. The location is another plus point, with plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby, making it a dynamic place to explore. Additionally, the staff are friendly and provide great service, always there to assist you when needed. Lastly, the breakfast provided is a satisfying start to the day.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to all the major attractions in the city center. It offers a nice view of the surroundings, including the Bosphorus. Some guests have mentioned that the breakfast served in another hotel nearby was poor and the restaurant was dirty and had a bad smell.

Brand new with accurate pictures. Incredible sea view, 5 min walk to Sultanahmet. Good soundproof windows. Convenient headboard light switch. Amazing staff, especially Mehmet. Clean and affordable. Close to tramway and tourist sights. Great place, highly recommend.
